I have the honour to inform you that I have arrived in London on my retirement from the Far East and the Firm of Lowe Brigham & Matthews.
My address for the next month or six weeks will be as above.
I acted from January 1918 to January 1919 as Auditor, Adviser and generally assisting Major Manners R.E. in carrying on the recruiting Office at the desire of the Hongkong Government with the approval of the Indian Government.
